By purchasing or accessing Channel Growth Mastery (the "Course"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ipsum Audite, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), an Ohio limited liability company and the operator of Channel Growth Mastery. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Course.
Channel Growth Mastery is an online video course teaching YouTube channel growth strategy. The Course includes video lessons, downloadable resources, a student workbook, and access to a private online community hosted on GoHighLevel. Live community workshops are scheduled approximately twice per month and hosted by Evan Raugust, though scheduling is subject to change. Additional workshop recordings may be added over time at our discretion.
3.1 Account
You will receive login credentials to access the Course platform and community (GoHighLevel/GoKollab) upon purchase confirmation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
3.2 Lifetime Access
"Lifetime access" means access for the operational lifetime of the Course, not the student's literal lifetime. We reserve the right to retire, discontinue, or substantially modify the Course at any time. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to enrolled students. No refund is owed upon discontinuation outside the standard refund window.
3.3 One License Per Purchase
Each purchase grants a single, non-transferable license to one individual. You may not share your login credentials, transfer your enrollment to another person, or allow others to access the Course using your account.
3.4 Live Workshops
Live community workshops with Evan Raugust are offered as a benefit of enrollment and are currently scheduled approximately twice per month. While we intend to maintain this cadence, live sessions are subject to rescheduling, cancellation, or format changes at any time. Missed or cancelled sessions do not entitle enrolled students to any refund or credit. Recordings of past sessions may be made available at our discretion.
By enrolling, you agree not to:
- Share your login credentials with any other person
- Reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share Course content (video lessons, workbooks, reference materials, or any proprietary frameworks) in any form, or use Course content to create a competing educational product or course without prior written permission
- Harass, threaten, or demean other community members or the instructor
- Post spam, promotional content, or irrelevant links in the community without permission
- Engage in any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, determine to be harmful to the community or the Course
We reserve the right to revoke your Course and community access, without refund, if you:
- Share your login credentials with another person
- Redistribute, pirate, or otherwise misuse Course content
- Violate community conduct standards as described above or as posted in the community
- Initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider
- Fail to complete a required payment under the payment plan
Revocation is at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide a warning prior to revoking access.
6.1 Pricing
The Course is available for a one-time purchase. Current pricing is listed on the Course sales page at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change for new enrollments.
6.2 Payment Plan
If you purchase using the payment plan, you agree to pay the first installment at the time of purchase and the second installment approximately 30 days later. Failure to complete the second payment will result in immediate access suspension. The first installment is non-refundable in this circumstance.
6.3 Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All Course content, including but not limited to video lessons, frameworks, workbooks, reference materials, and the Channel Growth Mastery name and branding, are proprietary intellectual property owned by Ipsum Audite, LLC. Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Course materials to grow and monetize your own YouTube channel, including for commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or sublicense Course content itself, or use it to create a competing course or educational product without prior written permission.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of Course content is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate revocation of access to the Course and community, without refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for copyright infringement.
The Course is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific results from your use of the Course. YouTube growth depends on a wide range of individual factors including effort, niche, consistency, and platform changes beyond our control. Any income or subscriber growth figures referenced in marketing materials are illustrative and not guarantees of your results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ipsum Audite, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Course. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Course shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.
Access to the community is a benefit of enrollment, not a guaranteed right. Removal from the community for any reason, including violation of community conduct standards, will also result in revocation of access to all Course content. No refund will be issued in connection with a community removal.
We may, at our discretion, operate an affiliate or referral program in connection with the Course. If and when such a program is established, participants will be subject to separate affiliate terms and conditions provided at that time. Nothing in these Terms creates any obligation on our part to operate an affiliate program or to compensate any person for referrals absent a separate written agreement.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Course or these Terms at any time. We will notify enrolled students of material changes to these Terms via email. Continued access to the Course after notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Course shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us in good faith at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
These Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Course and supersede any prior communications or agreements.

Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 10, 2026
We stand behind Channel Growth Mastery and want every student to feel confident in their purchase. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds are available.
If you are not satisfied with the Course, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date. This guarantee applies to both full-pay purchases and payment plan purchases.
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your name and the email address used to purchase. We will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Upon refund, your access to the Course and community will be revoked immediately.
If you purchased the Course using the payment plan (50% upfront, 50% due 30 days later):
- You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment date. A full refund of the initial installment will be issued and your second payment will be cancelled.
- Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window are not eligible, regardless of whether the second installment has been charged.
If you enrolled on the payment plan and your second payment is not received by the due date, your Course and community access will be suspended immediately. The initial installment is non-refundable in this circumstance. Access may be restored upon receipt of the outstanding balance.
All purchases are final after the 14-day guarantee period. No refunds will be issued for:
- Requests submitted after 14 days from the original purchase date
- Partial use of Course content (having watched lessons does not affect your eligibility within the 14-day window, but does not extend it either)
- Failure to access or engage with Course content during the refund window
- Dissatisfaction with results (YouTube growth is dependent on individual effort and factors outside our control)
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or credit card provider instead of contacting us to request a refund, your Course and community access will be revoked immediately. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback we believe to be in bad faith.
